_{Although you hear a lot of people say they would ‘never build again’, after having built a custom home, our experience has left us saying just the opposite. We would not hesitate to do it all over again. Building our home with Destination Homes was a positive experience from the very beginning. We had been visiting the Destination Show Homes over the past few years and really liked what we saw in workmanship and finishing so when we had sold our home and were ready to build, this was the builder we wanted to build our home. From the first time we sat down with Don and Travis, they gave us their advice and insight but in the end respected our decisions and what we wanted. When we were building, Travis met with us on sight once a week to make sure things were as we wanted and to keep each other up to date. If there were changes we wanted, we both signed off on these and we were given a copy right away of the change and cost. Whether on a weekend, week night or any time of day, Travis always took our calls and was always available to meet with us and addressed any of our concerns. We are more than happy with our finished product and would encourage anybody to deal with Destination Homes for a stress free, enjoyable building experience!}

_{I am a single female that owned a vacant lot in a subdivision which I was on the verge of selling. I was putting a for sale sign on the property and on the lot next there was a house being built. _{Destination Homes built our house in 2008. We became aware of them by seeing some of their houses on Copper Ridge Drive when we did a drive by. Following consultations with them, we purchased a lot for which there was a plan established that we were able to customize to meet our needs.

Travis Erdely supervised the construction of the house. He is a skilled supervisor. His attention to detail, his supervision of sub trades, and his liaison with us were superb. He was open to extras that we put into the house and was insistent that our needs be met.

Having now been in our home for almost 2 years, our satisfaction with the project is complete. We are very comfortable in this house.

I would make an unqualified recommendation for a choice of Destination Homes as a builder.
